4. The Challenge officially begins on Saturday, September 19th at 10am. All participants come to the Your Best Body Team Headquarters at St. Pauls Recreation Center in Cluett Hall right here in Garden City for orientation. Every Saturday for the next 6 weeks we will conduct LIVE Tele-conference group Q&A calls via the telephone. The last Saturday is for final assessment, judging and awarding of prizes!
5. A one-time, small donation of $29 to Long Island Fight For Charity is the only requirement to participate in the Challenge. Local business sponsors are covering all other costs.  Your participation is free, but we do require you make a $29 donation to help raise funds for a worthy local cause.
